It is natural to find that you may need emotional and psychological support at different times in your life. I provide a safe environment where you can explore your emotional well-being that could lead to feeling that you may have more choices in life than they originally thought.
I am a warm and approachable person who can help guide you through difficult times by providing a confidential, non-judgemental and supportive relationship, so that together we can explore the issues that matters to you. Having someone listen attentively to you on a regular basis can be therapeutic and lead to a lasting change. I offer short-term counselling and therapy interventions to meet your unique needs. The best approach to help you would be decided at our first meeting.
I was graduated from the University of Frankfurt in Germany with a Masters degree in Social sciences. I have been working with families, children and teenager since 2000 and I am fully experienced in family dynamics. I also worked as a Social Worker providing systemic Family Therapies.
I am BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) registered. I am working with the BACP/Ethnical Framework and attend regular Supervision to reflect about my cases to work with a high quality standard. I am also a Qualified Social Worker and I am registered with HCPC (Health Care Professionals Council). I work as Independent Social Worker and carry out Independent Assessments (i.e. Connected Person Assessments, Viability Assessments, Parenting Assessment, Age Assessment, Human Rights Assessment for Local Authorities and Family Courts).
